Coaching & Mentoring

We offer both coaching and mentoring depending on your goals. Coaching is structured, goal-oriented, and often short-term, helping you navigate transitions and take intentional steps. Mentoring is more relational and long-term, offering guidance and support as you grow. Together, we help you choose the path that serves you best.

For Adults in Depression Recovery

If you're in therapy or have recently come out of a difficult period of depression, coaching can help you keep the momentum going. It complements therapy by supporting you between sessions, helping you process insights and put them into practice in everyday life.

For College Students

Life after high school can feel overwhelming. Your in this liminal space of learning to adult. Maybe you don't need a therapist, but an objective coach or mentor who can keep you motivated and focused on your north star. Maybe you need help figuring out what your north star is!

 

We help students develop emotional resilience, identify goals, and build confidence in their voice and path forward.

 

Our work is grounded in listening, encouragement, and helping them figure out what matters most.
