PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY TO ENSURE A SMOOTH RETURN PROCESS.

Products for sale on ImperfectActionLLC.com are drop-shipped by a third-party, Modalyst (modalyst.co). As such, Imperfect Action does not keep any stock on hand or accept returns.

All suppliers that use the Modalyst platform agree to a 14-day return policy for unworn/unused/undamaged goods. This policy is extended to you.

In order to initiate a return, please email Customer Care at coaching@imperfectactionllc.com within 14-days of receipt of the item.

 

Then follow the return instructions in your packaging to send product back to supplier, and email.

In the event of a product being returned that is unworn, unused, or undamaged at time of delivery, customer must pay for shipping costs.

In the event of a product being delivered already damaged, please email me at coaching@imperfectactionllc.com with pictures of unopened, damaged box. In these cases, we will help you to work with the supplier to see if they will refund your shipping costs, too.
